Our Diversion Specialists are trained to compassionately listen and problem-solve your housing crisis with you. They can help you find out about community resources and connect you to homeless assistance if needed.
Monday - Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 9pm
Saturday - Sunday, 1pm to 9pm
If all Specialists are busy when you call, please leave a voicemail. Most calls are answered or returned on the day of their call and all calls are returned within 1 business day.
We focus our resources and assistance on those who are currently experiencing homelessness or within three days of losing their housing in the greater Richmond region. For other housing resources, please see the more housing resources page.
