Our Diversion Specialists are trained to compassionately listen and help problem-solve your housing crisis. They can assist you in discovering community resources and connecting you services.
Our homeless connection hotline operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 9pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 9pm. If all Specialists are busy when you call the homeless connection line, please leave a voicemail. Most calls to are answered or returned on the same day, and all calls are returned within 1 business day.
We concentrate our resources and support on individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or are within three days of losing their housing in the greater Richmond region. For additional housing resources, please visit the more housing resources page.
